Becky's Salsa

Ingredients:

1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (mild), drained
1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (medium), drained
1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (hot), drained
3 English (long) cucumbers or 6 medium cucumbers
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 to 2 packets of dry Ranch Dressing Mix
Chopped onion, optional

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
