Kammi's Four Layer Dessert
FIRST LAYER:
1 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. pecans
Mix above and pat in ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
2ND LAYER:
8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar
Mix the above ingredients and spread over the cooled 1st layer.
3RD LAYER:
2 pkg. Lemon, Chocolate, or Butterscotch Instant Pudding 3 c. milk Spread immediately over the cream cheese mixture.
4TH LAYER:
Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the 3rd layer. Serves 20. |
