Jeff Huggard

Jeff was raised in Minneola, Kansas.  He attended Colby Community College for two years and then continued at the University of Kansas, with a major in Cell Biology.  After he graduated, Jeff moved back to southwest Kansas.  Jeff is married to Dacia Huggard and together they have three grown children, with a new grandson on the way soon.
